Feminine flow: 🌺🌺🌺
Feminine flow, is a women’s gathering that has been taking place in Dublin since March of 2023. Join us as we gather together, with like-minded women, in a safe, communal and beautiful space. There’s a place for you here. Each feminine flow syncs with the seasonal & lunar rhythms we are in both with the Celtic Wheel as well as with the moon.
This month we celebrate a ‘new year’ together, and though as the feminine rhythms dictate January does not feel like the time to go, act or create :: it is a time to dream, feel & weave —— and that is exactly what we will do.

Every month we gather for Feminine Flow
We share, we connect, we embrace, we release & let go, together. We plant seeds of our hopes and dreams, for not only ourselves but for our world too.
Feminine Flow is so much more than yoga; it is a community, that we can tap into each month. It is a space for you, a space for us, a space for belonging where you can be witnessed, heard, celebrated and understood.
Whether you are a seasoned femme flow-er or brand new - you are welcome.
About the practice:
Join us for a 120-minute fusion of breath, movement, yoga and embodiment practice to open our hearts and awaken the wisdom of our bodies.
We will connect with different elements of our feminine essence:
opening to deeper states of awareness and intuition
feeling into the power, wisdom & symbolism of the female body & form
learning how to listen to our gut, hearts & intuition
anchoring into a deeper state of being and sense of self
connecting to the sensual body, our inner radiance & joy
spending time in a safe space with like minded women & community
Expect to leave feeling revitalised and more connected to your deepest essence as well as a sisterhood of likeminded women.
